Items can be returned or exchanged if they are post marked within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Items must be in new condition (free of dirt, lotion, odor, pet hair, etc. with tags and hygiene liners intact). Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (indicated by the words "Final Sale" in the name of the item).
The cost of returned items will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded.
For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once we receive the returned item. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, the original form of payment will be charged or refunded accordingly. The cost to ship the new item via USPS Priority Mail is free (NOTE: for international orders, the international shipping charges shown on our 'Shipping' page will be charged to ship exchanges).
